OUR PURPOSE

Our purpose is to promote and provide the export of defence and security equipment under strict control. In addition to new equipment, SOFRAPIE can offer surplus military equipment resulting from reductions in the French armed forces. SOFRAPIE undertakes to transfer this surplus equipment to foreign government purchasers in good condition and with many years of potential use, as well as the resources for their maintenance. SOFRAPIE can offer public or private buyers new or second-hand civilian equipment or demilitarized equipment in excellent condition. Finally, if buyers require maintenance and/or overhauling of equipment, SOFRAPIE can arrange this through its partners who are competent in the relevant area.
